HealthTran was designed for rural Missouri! We make getting to healthcare and health-related appointments, pharmacy, grocery store, and wellness activities possible.

 

Through coordination and technology, we increase transportation options using existing and new transportation providers. We recruit and train local volunteer drivers to fill gaps and increase ride availability. We work with the communities we serve to build transportation infrastructure to meet today’s and future transportation needs. Remember, 10,000 baby boomers a day are turning 65!

Talk with real people at the Call Center. Open 24/7, 365 days of the year. Let the Call Center staff help you find the most affordable ride that meets your needs, including mobility limitations, up to 30 days in advance. When riders are going to the same area, multiple riders may travel together to help reduce cost. Let us help find the best transportation option for you.  Auto pay – no tipping or cash needed when your driver arrives.  

 

Ask for a HealthTran referral from local members in your community.  Look for the identifying MRHA/HealthTran decal on doors and windows. Our members support the Access to Care mission and are working to help their customers overcome transportation barriers. Members can schedule a ride and may get financial assistance with transportation cost. Tell them, “I NEED A RIDE!”
